CNC Cut Precision: Crafted with precision using 1-1/2” Zip R Panel, our insulated floor features 1/2” grooves routed out of the foam. This meticulous design allows for easy integration with the van floor, offering a secure and well-insulated foundation for your van conversion.
Optimal Insulation: With an R value of 6.6, our flooring system provides superior insulation for your van. Despite slight variations due to the routed foam, the contours of the floor perfectly match the van's ribs, creating an efficiently insulated space for your van life endeavors.
